Terms and Conditions


All purchases made through the School Teeth website are protected by the Sale of Goods Act 1979. If the purchase was made in error, please contact us as soon as possible as we may be able to cancel your order before the product(s) are ordered/shipped.

All queries should be directed to info@schoolteeth.co.uk with details including order number and customer/patient name.


Any product which remains unopened in its original packaging will be eligible for return if returned to School Teeth within 14 days of collection/delivery. Returns postage is not covered by School Teeth, and we recommend a tracked service to ensure the goods are returned to us in an acceptable condition for resale. Exceptions to this are for purchases which are customised, for example, customised mouthguards or customised appliances. In these cases, the product cannot be resold.

If there is problem with the fit of any appliance or mouthguard ordered through School Teeth, please contact us within 48 hours of collection/delivery otherwise the appliance/mouthguard will be assumed to be fitting well. School Teeth cannot take responsibility for poorly fitting appliances or mouthguards which have not been worn by the intended patient after being ordered, if School Teeth have not been made aware of any issues within 48 hours of collection/delivery. This is because teeth will move in time and so any dental appliances should be worn as per the recommendations of the School Teeth prescribing Dentist or Orthodontist.
